Looks like a pyramid scheme. We can't see why the sender in Argentina would target residents of the United States unles it was a scam. You can't trust email messages like this--how are you supposed to know what you're getting into from something this unprofessional? Don't take chances on things like this just because you're desperate for an income. In the majority of cases, will have wasted valuable job-search time and spent money on some bullcrap program that will get you nowhere fast.

They're right about one thing; there's no convincing us. :)
