Maybe there's a real Rosneft, but if so, this ain't it. Note the domain at the bottom shows as rosneft.com while the email is supposedly sent from rosneft.ru. They might be using a real company to perpetrate their scam. Unfortunately, we can't verify with headers as none were reported.

They are asking for one hundred "true and lawful" commission agents to process their payments and "support the President to develop business." Hmm. How do you feel about this, Americans and Canadians? After all, it's you they're targeting all the way from Russia.

Don't be fooled into thinking there are lots of companies hiring people overseas in this manner. It happens a little with companies that actually have a physical presence in multiple companies, but anyone giving you this song and dance about needing your help processing payments is full of carp (typo intended).
