Yes, it's a money mule offer. The secret is at the end of the first paragraph. They want someone to be "responsible for expanding the company's presence across the continent and act as a medium." EVERY SINGLE TIME we've seen this phrase used, it's been in a money mule scam. What's more, the headers show the email originated from Nigeria, well-known for those bogus "419" investment or inheritance lump sum fund transfer offers.

They have no Web site, no corporate email address (the one at internationaltrustsandguardianorg.itgo.com is just a subdomain of itgo.com), and even their copyright statement doesn't contain the company name they're using. They're complete strangers. So why should you provide your precious personal information to some stranger in Nigeria? If they're real, why don't they hire some Nigerians?

Oh, and one final thought...if they're one of the largest international online firms, how come we've never heard of them? And what the heck is an OTE? Did they mean resume? :P
