In this money mule offer, they want to offer you 10% of nonexistent funds to do this "job."

The reason we say this is because the checks they mail you are manufactured and absolutely fake. You deposit them into your bank account, after a while the bank clears the funds (even if they haven't cleared on the other side), and in the meantime, you've withdrawn all but your percentage and wired it over to them. When the NSF notification finally reaches the bank, they will turn around and make YOU pay it back. Your bank account might get frozen, and they might have you charged with fraud too if they're suspicious of your intentions. If your bank doesn't know you very well, there's a high chance this will happen.
