Looks to us like a re-shipping offer. Even though it's subtle, you *can* tell this is written by someone whose first language is NOT English. The basic purposes of work of the company? Don't they mean the job duties? Renders services on transportation of cargoes both private persons and the companies. Did they miss a few words here?

In re-shipping scams, you're used to move retail items bought with stolen credit/debit card info and then re-route it.
