People who need personal assistants to help with accounting are usually trying to perpetrate money mule scams. This looks like one of those.

Even if you wanted to take your chances, there's no company name, no corporate email address or Web site made available for you to check them out, and no way of really knowing if this is legitimate. If you were to respond, we'd suggest telling them you won't send your resume until they contact you from a corporate email account. But even then, you'd want to know a lot about email headers to make sure that it wasn't forged.
