Let's get straight to the point and list the clues, shall we?

1.  Executive marketing offers don't recruit lowly payment processors.
2.  They might be spoofing a real company in Hong Kong.
3.  They want you to respond to a free Yahoo email address instead of a corporate email address.
4.  They want you to process payments and keep a percentage. Even though they say it will be paid into an account the company will avail to you, you should be aware this isn't how legitimate corporate accounting operates.
5.  Other than being legally old enough to work, they have no business asking your age, nor should they ask your sex (which we usually call "gender"), or who you already work for. These are discriminatory questions and it's against the law. Any legitimate employer knows that.
6.  According to the headers, the email originates from far-away Azerbaijan. That sound like Hong Kong to you? Do you even KNOW where Azerbaijan is?
