Until you look at the headers and learn that the sender originates from Thailand. Now why on earth would your potential headhunter claim to be in one place while sending the message from another country altogether? Could it be fraudulent? Oh YEAH! Even the recipient's spam filter knew better, and gave it a high spam rating. The email link would have run a script that would have probably installed something on the recipient's computer. Malware, keylogger, you name it.
