This company doesn't even have the good sense to tell you who they are. That's a pretty strong clue they're not real. It's an obvious money transfer/mule scam: typical responsibilities are to process payments and keep a "commission" -- the only problem is that the checks always bounce and the bank reverses the funds, sticking you with the balance while the bad guys run off with the cash.

They ask at the end if you've ever done this before, and if so, they want to know the outcome. They're prepared to tell you they're not a scam and that they won't ask you for personally identifiable info, but that's easy for them. Because they don't NEED that info to rob you. All they need to do is get you to blindly follow through with their instructions believing that there will be money in it for you, and they've accomplished their goal. All they want is that wire transfer before the bank catches up with the fact that you deposited bogus funds.
