This looks to us like a pyramid scheme, because they want you to buy a money-making system. We tried the URL (don't try that at home, kids) and it doesn't appear to work anymore. They did a couple things wrong:

    -- They attached the link in an HTML file. We can only assume that they were going to try and trick you somehow, by sending you to a site that will attach a virus or install malware on your computer, redirecting you to another URL or something worse.
    -- They put their unsubscribe text into a text file. Again, we can only assume that they were trying to make sure they followed the rules about bulk unsolicited commercial email, but it's very unusual, and there could be some other reason why this was done.

You should be extremely wary about offers like these. This one originates from China, and we don't think it's reasonable to expect much success from something that runs from overseas and is bulk sent to other countries, such as the United States in this case.
